MEET THE TEAM!

Hi, I'm KT, and I am the founder and physical therapist here at HomeFront!  I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, which makes me a die-hard Browns fan. I completed my Bachelor of Science at the University of South Alabama, then found myself at East Tennessee State University to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.   I took an interest in specializing in back and neck pain early in my career as a Physical Therapist. Through extensive continuing education and specialized certifications, I have obtained over 12 years of experience in this area of expertise. I am a certified practitioner of the McKenzie Method® of MDT, an evidence-based patient management system proven to eliminate back, neck and extremity pain in fewer visits compared to traditional treatment.  My background is based on a functional model and a greater understanding of movement mechanics in order to better identify solutions to the problem.

I live here in Johnson City with my wonderful husband Eric, 3 children, and 2 dogs.  I was a dancer most of my life in traditional ballet to musical theater (the karaoke is free!) and everything in between. I started my love for Physical Health as a Zumba instructor back in 2006, and continue to love all things group fitness.  I also enjoy spending time outdoors with my friends and family.

 I have a passion for not only my profession, but for treating all of my patients as family.  I look forward to meeting you and getting you back to the lifestyle that you love!

Hello, I'm Rachel, and I've been a licensed massage therapist for 16 years.  Over the years, I've gained extensive experience in understanding the human body and the incredible healing power of therapeutic touch.  My focus is on therapeutic and deep-tissue massage, which are known for their effectiveness in relieving pain, reducing muscle tension, and promoting relaxation.  Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, stress, or just in need of some rejuvenation, I can customize a massage experience to suit your unique needs.  

I live in Johnson City with my two children, and three cats.  When I'm not working as a dedicated massage therapist, you'll find me pursuing a range of interests including running, collecting vinyl records, appreciating Mid-Century Modern furniture, attending concerts, and indulging my love for food.

Hi, I’m Jess and I am the concierge physical therapist here at Homefront! I am from a military family so it’s hard telling where I grew up, but I settled down here in East TN. I completed my Bachelor of Science at Tusculum College then found myself at East Tennessee State University to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

As a concierge physical therapist, my mission is to bring personalized, high-quality rehabilitation and wellness services directly to my clients' homes.

I am dedicated to helping my clients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life while integrating activities they enjoy into their rehabilitation.

I live here in Johnson City with my 1 son, 1 dog, and 1 cat. When I am not working you can find me on the trails hiking, camping, traveling, watching sports, and finding new adventures!

Hello, I'm Justin, and I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2018. I am very knowledgeable of the muscular system. I specialize in deep tissue and therapeutic massage, and am also trained in lymphatic drainage massage. I'm able to both address any muscular pain that you may be experiencing and can also aid your immune system by helping flush toxins from your lymphatic system. I currently live in Limestone on the countryside. I enjoy reading and studying history in my spare time when I'm not working. I also love animals and like to take my dog Ruger walking around town when the weather's nice.
