We ask a TON of questions: that is because in order to fix the problem we need to understand it! Our evaluations go a little deeper than what you may have experienced. We of course assess the usual range of motion and strength, but we go a few steps further an utilize an MDT® approach to understanding how movement relates to pain. 

Our one-on-one physical therapy treatments always includes extensive EDUCATION to ensure confidence and accuracy in the treatments we provide.  This empowers our patients with the knowledge and understanding they need to achieve the best possible outcomes. We offer specialized hands on treatment of joint mobilizations or soft tissue mobilization. Manual therapy can provide pain relief, improve mobility, and restore aligment.  Soft tissue mobilization in the form of Massage, IASTM, and trigger point release. 

Dry needling is a minimally invasive procedure that involves inserting thin needles into trigger points within muscle tissue to alleviate pain and improve muscle function, helping patients find relief from various musculoskeletal conditions. 

Taping is utilized to provide structural support, reduce pain, and improve function in various conditions, offering a non-invasive and effective approach to enhancing the body's natural healing processes.
